Wasim is Chancellors!

Fantastic advice. His approach from the initial valuation to securing us a buyer has been first class.

Look no further, if you need a knowledgable local estate agent with traditional values.

I am sorry to learn that there was some confusion surrounding the chain of events that took place at the end of your tenancy. Your landlord has opted to manage the property himself, and as such he would be responsible for arranging the check-out and informing you of the necessary arrangements. It would be your right to ask for the opportunity to attend the check-out along with the landlord, if he wishes to attend, and this would ensure that you were present at the time the report was drawn up ...
