I would like to thank Gemma and Team, at Orchards in Ampthill, for there help and constant advice in helping me rent out my property.
Being new to this, the guidance and help I received was above and beyond. What should have been a stressful time moving out, ended being so relaxed a calm with Gemma doing all the work for me.
They organized every thing and made it so easy for me.
I can highly recommend using the trades people they recommend for gas and electrical checks to.
