We recently used Entwistle Green in Winsford to sell and buy a property and were extremely happy with their service. All of the ladies in the office were very helpful and friendly, and we always felt that they were being completely honest with us and not trying to hide anything. We always received a call after a viewing to give us feedback from the viewers, which was useful. I'm sure that we wouldn't have got the house that we wanted if it hadn't have been for their efforts, so, a big "THANK YOU" Caroline, Lauren, Sandra and Linzey for all your help.

Think they were bit high but they sold my property quickly. Would like room for negotiation or % of sale price rather than fixed fee. Then find out they had 1% offer on for june so very unhappy with that.

It is a shame that we didn't get the advertised price for the property but my need for a quick sale was uppermost in my mind so the price achieved reflected this. The fees paid were justified for the thoroughly professional service I received.
