David and his team at Rochester have restored my faith in Estate Agents. The property is a run down house in need of significant renovation. The agent achieved a remarkable footfall throughout the 4 week marketing phase - nearly 100 viewings!
Ultimately they achieved an excellent and serious buyer. In the end the sale did not complete but that was not due to the estate agents - there were underlying structural issues, the extent of which were unknown at the time.
Communication was frequent and professional, charges reasonable, advice was spot on and the marketing very successful. You can't ask for more than that.
I would not hesitate to use Ward & Partners in Rochester again for marketing a property.
