What agent could do to change your mind?
As ive pointed out the service thats given is not good and tennants are not looked after at all. The phone number supplied just rings and is never answered. No answer phone in place to leave any messages either.Attached Filesnbsp;

Some of the employees of Sadlers are rude, offensive, obnoxious, and those are just their good points. I own my own property, but unfortunately Sadlers is the management agent. They are never willing to listen, and are totally unhelpful....

Totally agree. I wonder if all the residents can agree and change the management company. I am very unhappy with the service but they are quick to cash my cheques!!!!! :-( ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
