I had a fantastic experience from start to finish
I didnt know which estate agents to go with because i had had bad experiences with other companys previously, but i decided on mark antony estates because i had heard positive things through a friend, when i did a short online search i found several options that met my every requirement
I am so glad i did, they were fantasic, each member of staff i dealt with were very helpful and available for any queries i had with very quick helpful responses, i requested a booking and within a couple of days i had a viewing, one week later i got the keys to a beautiful home
I have to especially thank Kara and Keely who went above and beyond in helping me, i had a tough time getting a landlord reference due to my landlord being a housing association, they contacted them directly and was able to get the reference for me
I would highly recommend that anybody who is looking for a property to look no further than mark antony, for a guarenteed friendly and professional experience, i wouldnt hesitate to use them again
I was a little nervous for the key handover but it was so simple, i was greeted with a warm welcoming smile from Kara who was very friendly, and made the whole thing very pleasant and easy
