Steven knew Ashford well and has answers to all my questions. I was also particularly pleased with his proactive follow up, which stood out amongst other agencies we also dealt with. Though we did not proceed with the property following the viewing Steven was quick to proposing other propertes matching my requirements. Well done Steven!
