I have worked with Martin and Co for several years and this has worked well for me. Communication is good, emails answered promptly, always within the day and proactively when issues arise. At present I deal with Kevin Barr, he is good to work with, efficient and effective. Martin and Co. are fair and balanced between tenants and landlords making sure properties are at a high standard for tenants but also ensuring they are maintained properly and returned in good condition. Condition reports come on time and all compliance relating to the properties are kept up to date. Thanks for a great service.
