We recently bought a property where Goldin Lemcke was the sales agent and can't say enough about how excellent they were to deal with throughout the entire process.
As a buyer, once the sale is agreed STC, you really do rely on the agent to help keep lines of communication open between all the various parties involved, and this is where Goldin Lemcke really excelled. They kept both myself and the vendor regularly updated and acted as a useful conduit to deal with enquiries raised on both sides.
I wouldn't hesitate to list a property with them in the future.
