Overall Fees
£2400 (inc. VAT), On Completion (Fees are negotiable)

We do not charge a % commission. Instead we have a transparent and fixed fee of juts £2,400 (inc VAT) irrespective of the property price. There are NO upfront payments and the fee is paid on completion.
