As Executor for my mothers estate I was selling the house via another local agent and in 4 months had no credible offers. Tim Buckley wrote to me and we met to discuss the potential sale of the property. I was impressed with Tim especially his frank approach to sales and his honesty in his dealing with me. I believed he would actively sell my property and keep me informed. As always the proof of any relationship is in the day to day delivery and I am pleased to say that Tim and RJ lived up to the expectations set. We had a credible offer on the property within 2 months and have just completed the sale. Tim and RJ kept me informed as to progress at all times, gave me confidence that they had my needs at heart and negotiated a fair deal for both parties. I seldom rate companies with an Excellent, Tim and RJ are a welcome exception. Thank You
