From start to finish Park Row have been excellent whilst selling my late dad's house. The team in the Goole & Selby branch always kept me up to date and went above and beyond making the whole process hassle free. They made sure I got the best deal and advised me every step of the way. Nichola was fantastic once I had accepted an offer right upto the completion date. I would highly recommend Park Row and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Many Estate Agents deliberately over value to win the property onto the market (as the agent can receive a ‘listing bonus.’

Some agents talk a very good game but once the contract is signed and they’ve got the listing, their promises often don’t materialize.
