Hannells valuation was conducted very professionally and quickly where I received considered and encouraging feedback about my home and it's selling potential. At the end of the valuation (and unlike others…) I believed that the Valuations Manager Joanne knew more about me and my needs than I did about hers! I had absolutely no questions outstanding when the review ended, was left with a detailed written information pack and a few hours later I received a formal valuation and detail regarding fees with an encouraging incentive for a further property sale in the near future. The fee was very acceptable and the cheapest I had received. Upon agreeing to business today via the very friendly and personable office in Chaddesden, I feel like no question is considered trivial. Day 2 and I am extremely impressed!
