The best estate agents in Brighton & Hove!
Friends recommended John Hoole & Zoe Woodward to us after moving with them twice. We are so grateful for their recommendation - it is very difficult to put into words quite how impressed we were with Zoe [who largely handled our move] & John.
At every single step of the process, Zoe went far above & beyond what we expected.
Marketing of our property was very professional, with a fantatstic drone clip demonstrating the flat's proximity to the beach. For every viewing Zoe asked for feedback and carefully discussed this with us. For every interested potential buyer she worked hard to explore any queries they had & to relate these to us. When an offer was made, Zoe formed a relationship with our buyers - treating them as professionally as us & keeping them locked into the process despite a long chain & therefore moving process.
Our chain ended up with 9 properties in it, and there is no way it would have worked out without Zoe's unrelenting efforts to work towards exchange and completion. She found out & contacted every estate agent & solicitor in the whole chain - contacting all parties on a weekly basis to establish what remained outstanding & to move things along. When we realised we needed an up to date asbestos survey close to planned exchange, she actually found & contacted a provider & put in a good word for us on the same day.
Do not underestimate what a massive difference it can make to have an estate agent working as hard as Zoe did for us on your behalf. I really cannot exagerate what a professional & outstanding job she did, and how incredibly grateful we are to be in our new home - without a doubt due to all her hard work. Thank you!

What a lovely review. Thank you. This was without doubt one of the most challenging chains (of nine) we have ever dealt with, but we never give up and keep going until we get the job done. Zoe had the lead role in coordinating with all the other agents above and below to ensure that nothing was overlooked and to be honest, it probably wouldn't have gone through without such exceptional sales management on he part. We wish you both sincerely every happiness in your new home! (along with all the other eight home movers! ;)
