Following the end of a very harmonious 2+ year tenancy for all parties, when the time came to re-market, the Davis Tate team were very quick on the ball and quickly secured another promising tenant. Not only this, but they also efficiently handled all the necessary admin processes, plus the inevitable cleaning and minor maintenance issues, to ensure that the new occupants could move in on the required date with only a one week void period.
