Initially very good, but then poor and muddled communication throughout. Viewing appointments made and initially communicated to us, then rearranged or cancelled with no notification to us at all. Slow to communicate offers to us, then pushed for an immediate response. Emails addresses to the wrong person. No communication with us during the conveyancing until after exchange. Would not recommend. However they did sell the house quickly (pristine property in the middle of Exmoor National Park at a time when there was very little on the market).
