Communication and customer service is clearly a strong point of both Neel and Kim's. They responded quickly to any emails and queries that we had, and always found a suitable resolution for us. We have experienced a number of letting agents/ management agencies and our experience with Mack's was by far the best.
Our water dispenser of our fridge was missing a cap preventing usage, Kim visited within 1 day and a brand new fridge/ freezer arrived the following day. Myself and my husband were both surprised and grateful for such attention in resolving the matter. This is just one of many examples of positive customer service and care displayed by both Neel and Kim of Mack's Properties.
