Anita contacted me in regards to a deal that had fallen through and ensured there was a win win scenario for the seller and for myself as the buyer.
She is an asset to the company as she works extremely hard and will go above and beyond to create a smooth transaction.
The case was later passed to Angie, who worked relentlessly project managing the sale despite dealing with various different cases concurrently.
She was highly responsive, approachable and most importantly honest when necessary to each party to ensure all issues were ironed out promptly to ensure the sale could progress without delay.

Hi David, just to address your concerns that you have addressed within your review.
Looking at your file, I can see we had several delays throughout the transaction with the property being unregistered title, incorrect title plans, solar panels etc. These are all issues dealt with by a solicitor and are out of an estate agent's control. I can see Angie took good care of you and kept you updated throughout the process. I'm pleased it all went through OK for you in the end.
