We heartily recommend Martin & Co and Kelly. (From my experience, Martin's reference check and online platforms are far superior to other letting companies; every email and phone interaction with the company was professional and kind.) Our agent Kelly was warm, kind, and professional in all of her interactions with us. Looking for a house for a family (when you're moving from a different town) can be quite nerve-wracking, and Kelly's kind and approachable demeanor set us at ease as she told us information about the house, neighborhood, and other details that helped us get a better feel for what we were signing up for. We loved having Kelly be our agent and would recommend her to everyone we know.
