I could not have been happier with the service provided by Belvior from the time of arranging a viewing to handing the keys over and the follow up.
I met with Justin at the property I now rent, he was very friendly, polite and showed me round the property. He was very enthusiastic, and instantly I felt like it was the right property for me.
It may be worth me adding that this was a stark contrast to experiences I’d had with other agents who had been uninterested and unhelpful at times.
I received a call from Justin within a couple of hours of viewing to say they would like to accept my initial application which was a very straight forward text exchange and wanted to progress.
Over the weekend, I received all the relevant comprehensive materials needed to progress. This part of the process was very quick and I was happy and confident to pay the deposit.
I then had some correspondence with Emily, who was again very helpful, polite and professional. She gave me the details of when I could arrange to collect the keys and I waited for a few days before this date to check it was still ok, which it was.
I turned up to the office on the day to collect my keys, Emily and Karen were both in the office and made me feel relaxed and confident to read the tenancy contract at my own pace and sign when I was ready.
I was given a very comprehensive written and photograph inventory, a copy of my contract, relevant contact details for the landlord and agency, the energy supplier and water supplier details and set off on my way. I was advised if I wanted to make any changes to the inventory I could so I emailed Emily the following morning to let her know some of the things I wanted to amend and received a quick reply to confirm it had been done. I reported a maintenance issue at the time also and Karen rang me to confirm she would pass it onto the Landlord, and the issue was fixed a few days later with no issues.
To round off, I would absolutely recommend using Belvior and have done so to my partners mother who is now enquiring about selling her house with them.
They made my experience very easy and stress free!
