I've been looking for a property for a while now and Park Row stand out by a mile when it comes to communication. I have dealt with Amanda most of the time as I call on an evening after work and she seems to pick up every time! Helpful and comes back when she says she will. It's great to get confirmation of the appointment and like how they always call to see how I've got on. Personal service at a stressful time- thank you!

We all love helping clients when they are buying or selling properties.
Because we have a physical office that opens their doors seven days a week and takes calls until 8pm (Mon -Thurs), as well as being ‘online,’ we find our clients find us more contactable then some other Agents.

All we try to do at Park Row is deliver on what we originally promise!
Estate Agents often make promises that they know they can’t deliver on, just to win the ‘listing’ (which in turn can gain them personally a bonus).
We often lose business to other Agents, we watch them list the property too high to start with, and then see it ‘’reduced’ within weeks.

Best Estate Agent in Selby 
One of the first things I hear on a valuation of a property, is that the vendor chose us because of the initial communication with our team.
Most agents are just focused on getting the ‘listing’ and once that’s achieved, the rest of the service can be disappointing, to say the least.
We at Park Row know buying or selling a property can be stressful in our modern world.
We understand that people don’t get home at 5pm and there’s after school clubs etc.
Our team understand that to give the best service, we need to be available when other agents aren’t.
Because we open seven days a week and answer the phones until 8pm (Mon - Thurs), we know that helps the public contact us at a time that’s good for them.
After 8pm we still have an out of hours service for emergencies as well.
Amanda is extremely passionate about the service she gives and nothing is ever too much trouble for her.
