PLEASE never let with Leaders (see photos).

1.) Our property was not cleaned when we moved Sep 2021. There was:
- A DEAD RAT amongst piles of trash and old tenants items
- A 3 month old full carton on milk inside flooded and rotten fridge.
- Pots and pans filled with old ROTTEN food
- Smashed tiles in the kitchen, MOULD all over bathroom and walls

2.) They constantly tried to scam us: we were coerced into a no-deposit scheme (£56 pcm lost), and almost into wifi and tenants insurance with companies they have ties with.

3.) They made numerous mistakes; providing the wrong keys to contractors, not informing us they were selling the property then cutting our tenancy short by 6 months (a blessing in disguise), almost making us homeless due to an IT problem on their end, undercharging us and overcharging us repeatedly...

4.) They tried to take £360 off of our deposit because of items left by previous tenants and dust on skirting boards. After showing photo evidence and threatening getting TDS involved we have got all our money back. The property looks better than when we found it!!!!

The 5 star reviews are fake, and all the 1 star reviews say the same exact thing. DO NOT GIVE LEADERS BUSINESS.

Leaders have since resolved the outstanding maintenance issues, a month after the start of the tenancy. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
