Spent 2 months emailing and calling up the branch asking for information regarding 4 different properties at Marham Park. Originally requested about a property back in February, they responded saying they were unaware of the property they were selling and said they would get back to me. Spent 2 weeks chasing them up, to which they finally got back to me to say the propery had now been sold! Fortunately, new plots were released in my price range. Spent a month and a half calling and chasing up, with promises of call backs that never happened. Always spoke to a new agent who had no idea about my previous call and promised to get back to me and didn't. After yet another phone call chasing them up, now a month later since the originaly enquiry, now I've been told all the plots I was enquiring into are now sold. Don't ever expect a call back from these people, use other estate agents if you are looking to move somewhere quickly.
