Myself and my flatmate were moving from Canada to Glasgow and had been searching for flats in Glasgow for over a month and having no luck communicating with property managers from various letting agencies. We were lucky enough to get in touch with a very professional and helpful property manager at Cairn Letting Ltd named Hannah Jardine. Despite the 7 to 8-hour time difference, she made the effort to keep us informed every step of the way through our entire rent application. We were both very anxious that we would arrive in Glasgow and not have a home, however, Hannah provided us with results and honest answers to all our questions (in which we had many!) in a very efficient manner. She was very kind and diligent in our communications and kept us apprised about any delays and setbacks we were having. Hannah’s thorough rent application process allowed us to find and be approved for our dream home in a new country we have learned to love. Her professionalism, diligence, and incredibly fast communication made her an absolute dream to work with. We are both forever incredibly grateful to have had her as our property manager. Thank you so much for all your help Hannah! We wish you all the best and that you continue to be a wonderful property manager for others!
