NEVER EVER have anything to do with this sorry excuse for an agency.
I have wasted way too much time with them already.
This agency passed me from one person to the next. Gabriella, then Moira, then Patrick, then Nadeem
I had to complete a highly intrusive rent profile despite me going to be paying for six months in advance
I was told I had been accepted for the property. Then they decided to give the property to someone else
I saw another property with them and they told me landlord was fine with this.
BUT, then why was the property still advertising as available?
Highly unprofessional agents. I had asked many, many times for paperwork to sign and pay. Each time there was an excuse. They day before I was due to move in I never heard from them at all.
I received my holding deposit for the first place back after asking several times. I never was allowed to fill in any paperwork for either property. Patrick would email or phone to ask stupid questions.
Everything was already written on the forms. He would email in the very early hours 1am 2am etc.
I don't believe they had any intention of renting to me despite wasting two plus weeks of my time
Why do this? He knew I had a pet from the first application. The second property he said he did not tell the landlord? Really? Then the landlord was fine. Then Patrick wanted to know the breed of my pet, despite him having a photo that he had already requested previously. One hell of a joker. SO, unless you want to elaborate on your life history, pass the selection process, and then end up losing anyways. Just forgot this agency. The usual procedure is that when one pays six months in advance, is that agency might ask for passport and bank statements only. Not these people.....AVOID dealing with Patrick

I find the response from the agent amusing because it sounds EXACTLY like Elkay. There were months worth of emails reporting things that werent fixed our house too and only when it came to the crunch of renewing did they finally respond to any of them (almost 9 months later).
