From first contact to request valuation, through to the house being sold, we have been very impressed with the service from all staff at Mark Anthony.
Telephone calls were always answered promptly and cheerfully and all staff we spoke to in the office were friendly in their approach and communication, answering any questions we had or referring back to our agent for answers.
The viewings were all carried out by Mark Anthony & they always checked times and dates with us, giving feedback as they received it. The photos of our property were also professionally done and really showed off our house to its best advantage. The photographer himself was also professional and friendly during his visit.
Brad Hampson, our negotiator was amazing. From his first visit through to our house being sold. He shared excellent information about what Mark Anthony estates could do for us in terms of selling our property and came very prepared with the required information. All through the process Brad has kept us informed and updated re the sale. He has a friendly, open and professional approach to his work and is very knowledgeable.
We cannot praise Mark Anthony estates enough, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone whose wanting to sell their home.
