Really excellent experience in selling our flat in East Dulwich through Pedder. It was put on the market late in the year, we had major issues with one buyer, I had feared by Xmas we might be in for a long haul but David Yuill and Cat Salis kept producing viewings and we got it over the line by the end of March. They defended the sale price really excellently in the context, it was extremely good value for money and I felt throughout there was just a level of honesty about them which you very often don't get with estate agents. I wouldn't usually write a review but it's by some distance the best experience I've ever had buying or selling a property. Highly recommend.
