Very dissatisfied and disgusted with the service from this estate agents. I've never left a negative review in my life but the treatment I received is deserving of one. Myself and my partner arranged for a viewing for a property to let on the 24/03. We were set to leave and 20 minutes prior to the viewing we received a phone call stating that the landlord couldn't make the time anymore and that the 26/03 was the only date available for them. When we viewed the property on the 26/03 the landlord stated it was a shame we couldn't view the property on the original date and that we cancelled last minute. We stated that Leaders had told us that she was the one who cancelled which she stated didn't occur. Therefore, leaders had lied to us both. The viewing went very well, we wanted the property and details to move forward however the leaders representative-Joe disappeared, we were left waiting for an hour to then be told to contact leaders Monday. We did this and provided all the relevant information and were told to wait for a call back. Today we called back and was told it was already let. Leaders have extremely poor customer service skills and communication and I would not recommend them at all. They left us waiting, wasted our time and left us in the dark-probably a blessing in disguise given the other bad reviews.

100% agree with your write up I have had a nightmare with them. And your are right about being passed around departments I now know the internal workkngs of leaders... Everything is a separate departments unbelievable and they pass you around and then have additional people to deal with it becomes a joke. ...
