I'm not someone to write reviews often, especially negative ones, but this is egregious and hopefully dissuades someone from renting with Knight Frank. My family's experience has been absolutely atrocious from the moment we moved in.

Here are a few of the worst items:
- Broken boiler & rattling radiators upon move-in
- Multiple lies from letting agent (Haley Brent) regarding upgrades to the flat (she said lighting and flooring would be renovated, it simply was not)
- A large shard of glass was haphazardly left at the flat upon move in
- Water leak that was not discovered/fixed prior to move in causing severe mould, damage to personal property, crumbled drywall, destroyed hall closet (this leak was found in early December and the damage is STILL not repaired as of 30.3.22)
- The flooring in our flat has been removed as a results of the water damage, leaving exposed cement to walk on. This is considered 'habitable' and we have not been compensated.
- Repeated disrespectful communications from KF team (they clearly do not move with urgency to address urgent and severe issues with rental properties)

This is a short summary that doesn't take into account the countless hours we've spent emailing/calling/chasing KF and contractors. We both have full time jobs, but trying to keep up with this disaster of a flat has been like another job.

We will never be renting from Knight Frank again, and I hope you don't either.
