Saxton Mee were 1st class from start to finish in the recent sale of our property. The price they suggested was spot on and even increased with bids. Alas after 2 months our 1st buyer decided not to proceed and as you can imagine we were devastated. But there was no need, Saxton Mee at Crookes, leapt into overdrive, sold the property within 6 days-this time to cash buyers who bid even more. This enable us to complete on the property we had agreed to buy. They then kept on top of all proceedings and saw the sale through to the end. A top service, by professional, well informed staff who know the market inside out. We would highly recommend.
