On behalf of our mum, Mrs Smith, we want to express our thanks for the support given to her by Dorothy and all the staff at Rolle Street during what turned out to be a very protracted sale. For an elderly person living alone and with all her family 260 miles away, it was a daunting process to undertake. Dorothy and her colleagues provided encouragement and helped her stay calm and optimistic through all the ups and downs until completion. Their service was not only highly professional but also extremely supportive of mum's situation.
