All of the staff including Claire and Sue have been really supportive and helpful, they kept in communication constantly with updates on the progress on the tenancy application. Everything was well organised and was easy to complete including the application and the reference process.
Great service, welcoming and friendly, the property was well kept and the viewing process again was very straight forward, staff were helpful and took the time to provide a good tour of the property, answering all questions and providing all the necessary information required.
I will definitely use Belvoir again, thanks to the team.
