Never felt they were representing or acting in my interests.

They seem to forget that it is the landlord who pays their finder fee, which in my case was worth all of 4 months before they summarily - with ZERO notice - terminated their 'management' of my property when I asked them to explain how it could be that asking the tenants to pay an additional one month deposit when they suddenly 'inherited' pets would be 'unlawful' when the contract states, wait for it, ..... an additional one-month deposit can be requested by the landlord in the event of the tenants wanting to keep pets.

They are actually asking you to sign a document that it would be unlawful to adhere to.

At best, it's a badly worded document which could lead to massive problems, a massive headache, and ongoing legal wrangles.
