We bought a unit that was on the market as 1 of 2 identical twin units. ** told us that the first of the two units had just sold for the full asking price in order to get us to offer more on the second unit, which was in much worse condition than the first.
We now know this was not the case and the other unit was sold for the same price as what we paid. Unethical and disappointing. would not use again.

No part of my comment is incorrect. Your response to this complaint has been the most disappointing part of all of this. As discussed on the call, I am aware that the other unit sold for **** more. My complaint is that ***** told us multiple times that it had sold for *** more. I am confused as to why you struggle to appreciate the significance of the difference here?

I am unsure what your objective of your call was however it only proved further that we were wrong to trust your agency. You told me on the call that I should still consider using your firm once I am ready to sell because "now I know that you will do what you need to do to get the best price for your sellers". That was a pretty disgusting argument to make and I was frankly embarrassed for you.

Brooke, Your comments are incorrect as Ive already spoken to you today, You did NOT pay the same as Flat 7, they paid **** more than what you paid, and you both paid under the asking price. We have a duty to our clients (The Vendor) to get them the best price possible for their property, I wasn't there when all the conversations with ***** took place, but your comments have been noted to speak to him about this.

I being the main partner at ML Estates, hope you are really happy in your new home and am sorry that there has been an issue with your purchase 9 months ago, but hope that you will both be happy to move on and enjoy your time in the property.
