I've lived in my current rental property for 2 months, made extremely clear i'd be occupying the property for 2-3 years if everything works properly (It doesnt and i've only lived here momentarily so cannot even tell!) and Coapt will not leave me alone and keep dumping viewings on us once a week AFTER 2 MONTHS. We have a lot of valuable equipment in here and I am

We are effectively being forced into either renewing the tenancy already after 2 months or we will be homeless in 10. Avoid this company like the absolute plague, to make matters worse. They were proceeding through paperwork for another property before we took this one for 2 weeks before they let us know that it was taken and let BEFORE we've even viewed the place. I've never seen such incompetence from an estate agent and i've used 9 since living here. They cant even stick to their own proposed tenancy agreements [see below and other numerous points within it where it assures us we are entitled to QUIET living without interruption].

My whole tenancy was a nightmare, the property had (and probably still has) continuing issues that were not fixed properly, Coapt would send maintenance out only for them to look around for a few minutes and say that it’s fine. Black mould was growing in my bedroom and I was told to clean it up myself despite it covering a large surface area and posing potential health risks. I had to sleep with a plastic sheet under my bed for a whole year as the frame itself was mouldy (which they never full ...

Hello Mat, I am sorry to hear you have been affected by coronavirus. We of course want to help all our tenants and landlords through this difficult situation. At the moment the government has not announced that tenants are not liable to pay their rent and unfortunately many landlords are still tied in to paying their mortgages. However, landlords are encouraged to be flexible, they may be entitled to a mortgage holiday in which they can delay payments and can therefore pass this delay on to the ...

Hi Phoebe, I am so sorry this issue has taken longer than we would like to resolve. On investigation I can see there has been a lot involved to get to this stage and frustratingly the previous works did not resolve the issue, our contractor is booked in to carry out further repairs this week. Thank you for being so patient this far, I understand it must be very frustrating. The management team are now aware of your issue and will be keeping a close eye on the situation, we will keep in contact ...
