Erika (based in Black Katz, Hampstead) replied, in detailed, to all queries we raised before we move in the flat. So, in my view, her help is 5-star rated.

Other than that, when we entered the flat, we realised that there is a serious mould issue, which I would personally expect the letting agent to inform us prior to agreeing. It was not easy to spot when I viewed the flat and I am sure that these things are very well known to the letting agents. It was disappointing I didn't receive the heads up, although the letting agent was very polite/helpful otherwise. I am a tenant that fully respect the property/fulfiling all obligations (including payments) fully/timely and landlords/letting agents can only benefit if they are completely honest with me too.
