Simon is one of the loveliest and most down to earth people I have come across. He has an amazing professional / friendly balance. He helped us buy our dream home and despite a few hurdles with our initial solicitors, he was great at communicating between us and the vendors and ensuring everything was moving along even when everything was on “hold”. As the buyers I can say he wasn't too pushy on “selling” or trying to push the price up he was simply honest and easy going. Think this is so important when selling a house because the agents can be off putting. I just cannot fault him and would a million percent recommend buyers, sellers and renters and anyone looking to work with him to do it! He's all round fantastic!
