Pathetic service
I went for a viewing, and made an offer, that was accepted. Lots of calls during the process, and had requested for an email to be sent to align a call, due to not miss each other and call reception. During the early stages, did the verification, and aligned all paperwork ontime to be accepted. Having to offer 10K more from original price, I then get asked if the offer is final from the agent, response was yes, final, then, change I get advised from the agent, sorry, but the seller decided to switch to another buyer. Even though, they agreed to sell the property, and made me do a lot of tasks to prepare and was in vain, this was shocking and disgusting. Asked to have this in writing in an email, as call had ended in shock, no response. I did however, request to have my data to be erased, as sent via 3rd party app to verify my ID, which was sent to them. I recommend to stay away. I am not sure why so many positive feedback, as this does not seem legit, and nowadays, companies pays for positive ratings. I hope you do your research, and help you make your own judgement if using this service.
