I was looking for a 3 beds property to move in and settle down in Warrington. I searched in Rightmove and found a few decent properties which were using Mark Antony Estates as agency. Then I contacted to book for viewing.
First of all I would say the online chat booking system is handy. I don't have to call to do so, just typing a few words via the chat box then done. Apart from that, MA do a great job of designing a brilliant leaflet for all the property I have viewed so far. Information are clear with eye catching pictures. As a buyer sometimes I easily forget some points about a property after viewing so many, but the leaflet provided a very good reminder on that. The agents also provide brilliant service. There was a property I am very interested in after viewing, so I came to the office in Stockton Heath and met Owen there. I asked a few questions about the chain status, and he clearly and patiently told me how it was. I then came again later to make an offer, he helped handling the system things and then I received the offer letter real quick. He also introduced me Georgia. Georgia also brilliantly helped me to arrange viewing of some other properties and explained to me the situation of the vendors like when and how they would make a decision, so that I could know how long I have to wait. Tho I withdrew my offer eventually because I have another accepted, Georgia still gave me a polite reply and wish me luck. I really appreciate their good services.
