We booked viewing of property waited out side in rain no agent showed up went to offices to be told our appointment was not 11am but 11.45 when our email was saying 11am still we went to view at 11.45 to find they were doing another viewing .That was running over we were told to wait out side in the rain??? 10 mins later we drove home???? Never saw the house I rang office they were not apologetic we had booked 5 days before we were cash buyers never use this company read there feed back its dreadful . Worst estate agent I have ever used avoid. Avoid robert
