Jess Glynn is the Manager within the efficient Davis Tate team dealing with selling my property. She took the task on with a commendable work ethic to then conduct the viewings and have sole interaction with potential buyers. Her enthusiasm and commitment to getting a result is impressive. She has kept me well informed, has listened to feedback from everyone concerned and produced several serious offers in a short time. Charlie Hill of the Reading Office valued my house for probate purposes four years ago. My lawyer said I needed three and of them he was highly efficient and professional delivering and excellent service in a friendly but not over familiar manner. When it came to selling my house, he was one of several invited to provide a value ; his research and marketing presentation was top class and his recommendation well argued and documented. He was the stand-out agent and it was a pleasure to appoint him. Subsequently his team support have proved to excellent and efficient and a sale was soon achieved at full asking price.
