Kelly was so lovely in answering my questions during the flat viewing , very kind and attentive. It didn't feel like I was being rushed out to the next person, which is a nice change. She was great ! Later communicated with Stephen who helped me set up everything I needed regarding the flat. Had a few issues and he was prompt in answering my questions and solving any problems I had . Great communication from everyone
