Strongly advise to stay well away from this outfit, both as a tenant and as a landlord. As a landlord they will invent and concoct "repairs" and then instruct their rip off contractors to charge excessive amounts without your knowledge or authorisation. eg they charged ...

Don't care about tennants, very sneaky and hugely untrustworthy. We had a nice place but suffered with the rudeness of the owner. Would recommend to stay away from their properties...

Do nothing, could not care less about tenants. We have reported numerous problems with house all of which are fobbed off. They just don't care at all....
