Please please please stay away from this company, horrendous experience through and through, they are only after money and will support landlords even if they are wrong. They get staff to write fake positive reviews. My property had mould, leaking ceilings, damp, rats, drug needles outside and broken appliances and they did nothing to help, i have all the photos and videos saved as proof but as long as they got their rent they didnt care. Sam tried to charge £50 admin fee which which bas been banned sinced 2019 but he must of thought we were young and therefore easy to scam. Jayd is so rude and inpolite did nothing to support during the whole tenancy but was quick to deduct our deposit. We had to fight to get our deposit back. I will be talking to the council, environmental health, trading standards and the local media about all the failures of this company. Dal sohota was the landlord who is an absolute cowboy as is the team of dodgy people he sends to your property to check an issue or fault. Cant stress enough, Stay away from this company.

Oh my gosh i had the exact same experience! they looked for any excuse to try and take my deposit, jayd even said at one point, well the landords needs to make some cut so what amount do you agree on, sam is the shoddiest crook i have met, how he runs this company i dont know, much of lying crooks the lot of them, made me mentally ill, i lost so much sleep. never ever again do i want to cross paths with the puttins of west brom. ...
