As tenants, we had a wonderful experience with Martin & Co. Our property manager Stephen Barr was very friendly and professional. He made all the processes of tenancy agreement very comfortable and convenient through online. Whenever we had an enquiry regarding the property,he always answered at the earliest. Even after moving into the property, he in person came and rechecked everything. Kelly who was there with us for property viewing was very friendly, punctual and professional. Juliet who dealt with our property in the initial stage was also very helpful. Overall had an excellent, hassle free experience with Martin & Co. We definitely recommend this if you are looking for a smooth renting.
