Would give them lower if possible. Rang to arrange a viewing of a property, the woman who answer had appalling telephone manner, could not be less interested.
Advised I had a cat, was immediately cut off not possible - advised I would be willing to pay additional per month for this and was immediately cut off not even suggested they would speak with the landlord, however I would think offering up to an additional £100 per month on a £600 per month lease may be of something of interest.
Woman didn't offer or suggest any other possible property, just wanted off the phone, so not helping to find tenants for other landlords clearly - I wouldn't advise going through them as a tenant or a landlord!
