Our experience of Beresfords was very good, with Tricia going that extra mile to facilitate a recently bereaved and housebound gentleman needing to sell his family home to fund his care in a residential care home. Tricia came to the family home to speak face to face with the gentleman to ensure that he was fully understood all the facts and that he was happy for Beresfords to undertake the selling of his house. Tricia took the time to visit the gentleman in the care home again to keep him updated and aware of the procedures. Laura also played a big part in chasing up procedures so that we have been fully informed at all stages. Cannot praise or thank the team at Beresfords Upminster enough. A difficult situation has been made so much easier and nicer with them by our side.
