I highly recommend using the Whitton branch of Townends. Joanna went out of her way to find me a property to rent in whitton, and matched my requirement perfectly. I found all the staff friendly and very welcoming when I visited the branch.

At first the fees and how they're structured seemed duanting but Townends were very upfront about them in their documentation which is good. Personally we have benefitted from reduced fees for certain items and are very happy with the service we are receiving so no complaints.
