Using Agents is always a bit tricky because you never know what service you’ll get.. and you’ll end up scrolling through so many properties and so many agents. I came across a property that I immediately fell in love with and noticed that they posted the listing on the same day, I thought amazing! I called them straight away gave them our details and the agent Lewis said he’d call us back when he got in touch with the tenants. A few days go by and I think it’s a little strange the tenants haven’t got back. So the following week we call again and Lewis has no recollection of speaking to us and said he’d get to back to us once again. I work in customer service, so I understand waiting, it happens. We, however, did not hear back again and spoke to another sales person who said he’d call us back in the morning and low and behold he did not. We finally got through and the Agent Lewis told us that since we have a child the landlord doesn’t want children due to the fact that the neighbour has had issues. Fair enough! What I don’t understand is why it took a week to tell us the requirements of this property from the landlord, rather than chasing the agent. It’s almost like they don’t want tenants for their clients fast! We didn’t think this was professional nor a great experience for us and we will definitely not use this agency based on this experience alone. May need to review this with Lewis, since he’s had a few similar reviews. Oh forgot to add, he said he had similar properties of interest took my email and of course.. no email sent. Thanks Lewis. 👏🏽

Hi Marina, This is not what exactly you are saying. When I called agency decision was made already. He even told me that someone already paid 2 months rent and deposit. So he wasn't on the phone with landlord. He clearly said lanlord made decision. And I was trying to reach him since in the morning didnt even bother to come back once. When I call agency he was there and answered phone. So I didnt speak with sales person. I spoke with Lewis personally. I am %100 sure that he was not going back ...
