Very poor at both beginning and end of tenancy contract. Lies and delays when renting out property, seeking only to drive up price for landlord. Unnecessary delays getting deposit returned (still waiting).

Absurd, I believe they are around £235pp and the same if you need a guarantor! Also tenancy renewal fee. They don't seem to realise that it is these things that will put tenants off and ultimately they will struggle to find their landlords tenants as a result.

The fees for the contract arrangement and tenancy checks are too high and are above average in the market. The fee contact should have amendable clauses and bespoke if you are going charge what you do per person.
